2 cgraham cracker crumbs

7 Tbspbutter, melted

1 can(16 ounce) pumpkin

1-1/2 cmilk

1 cminiature marshmallows

4eggs, separated at room temperature

1 tspsalt

1 tspginger

1/2 cchopped pecans
How To Make pumpkin dessert

1In 13 X 9 inch pan, combine crumbs and 3 tablespoons melted butter: press into bottom of pan: set aside.

2In large bowl, stir remaining butter, 1-1/2 cups sugar, pumpkin, milk, marshmallows, egg yolks, salt and ginger until blended.

3In another bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until soft peaks form: beating at high speed, gradually sprinkle in 2 tablespoons sugar: beat until sugar is completely dissolved.

4With rubber spatula, gently fold pumpkin mixture into beaten egg whites: pour mixture over crumb mixture: sprinkle with pecans.

5Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
