    pkg. butterscotch or vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 c
    karo corn syrup
  • 3/4 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 lg
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1
    unbaked 8 or 9-inch pie shell-see(

How To Make pudding pecan pie

  • 1
    Blend dry pudding mix with corn syrup;gradually add evaporated milk and egg, stirring to blend well. Then add in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375^ until top is firm and just begins to crack- about 40 minutes. Cool at least 3 hours.
