My dad texted me a picture of a pie crust he made. I thought it was genuis and immediately copied it! He filled his with apple raspberry filling, I made a Dutch apple pie. This would also be great for sweet potato, pumpkin, pecan, or peach pie.

Ingredients For pop's cinnamon roll pie crust

1pie crust -homemade or purchased

4 Tbspbutter, melted

2 Tbspcinnamon

1egg white
How To Make pop's cinnamon roll pie crust

1Roll out pie crust as usual for a bottom crust. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon.

2Roll up tightly, as you would for cinnamon rolls. Cut into 1/4 inch slices.

3Press slices into pie plate. Push pieces together and up sides to seal.

4Brush with egg whites and fill as desired.
