Ingredients For pineapple pie

  • 1 lg
    can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • dash
    salt
  • 5 Tbsp
    ap flour
  • 1/2 stick
    unsalted butter
  • 1
    pie shell, baked

How To Make pineapple pie

  • 1
    Mix first 5 ingredients well; cook over medium heat until thickened and transparent. Remove from heat; add butter and stir until melted. Pour into baked pie shell.
