This is a yummy pie topped with merinque! Whipped cream may be used for topping instead of meringue. Either topping is delicious!

2egg yolks

1 csugar

1 Tbspcornstarch

1 Tbspflour

1 Tbspbutter
- CRUST

1baked pie crust
- MERINGUE

2egg whites

1 Tbspsugar
How To Make pineapple pie

1Blend cornstarch and flour into sugar

2Beat egg yolks and add pineapple, juice and all to above mixture.

3Cook in a double boiler until thick. Pour into baked pie crust.

4Whip egg whites stiff and add 1 tablespoon sugar. Put on pie and brown in oven. Cool, cut and enjoy!
