I have taken a recipe given to me by a friend & added a couple of ingredients to it to give it my own personal touch. I have also made it healthier & diabetic friendly.

1 canpineapple tidbits

1 canmandarin oranges

1graham cracker crust
-
1/4 ctoasted coconut

1 pkgsugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
How To Make pineapple mandarin orange icebox pie

1Mix sour cream & pudding mix together. Add pineapple(small can w/ juice)and oranges to this.

2Spread in graham cracker crust. Top with toasted coconut.

3Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
