1 pkginstant vanilla pudding or sugar-free mix

1/2 cflaked coconut

1 can(8oz) unseetened crushed pineapple, drained

1(9inches) pastry or graham pie shell

1tub of cool whip or light cool whip
How To Make pineapple coconut pie

1In a large bow, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let sit for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in coconut and pineapple. Pour into baked pastry or graham shell. Chill for at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping. Yield: 8 servings.
