This pie is so delicious and refreshing. It was given to me many years ago by a friend in New Mexico.

8 ozeagle brand sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cpineapple juice

4 ozshredded coconut
-
3 cwhipped topping, thawed and divided

4 ozcrushed pineapple, well drained

1 lggraham cracker pie crust
How To Make pina colada pie

1Combine cream cheese, condensed milk, pineapple juice together and beat until smooth.

2Gently fold in coconut, crushed drained pineapple and 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.

3Pour into graham cracker crust, cover with remaining 1 1/2 cups whipped topping and freeze 8 hours or over night.
