Our family uses this crust for a wonderful chream cheese pie with fruit. My sister started making this crust when we were in High School. She got it from our Principal's wife. Let's just say it's been "over 30 years."

Ingredients For pie crust recipe

  • 6 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    vinegar
  • 10 Tbsp
    water
  • 2 c
    crisco (not oil)

How To Make pie crust recipe

    Blend the flour, sugar, salt and crisco well.
  • 2
    Beat egg, vinegar and water with an egg beater. combine both mixtures, mixing well. Divide into 6 parts. Freeze extra.

    Roll out crust and place in pie pan. Bake at 375-400 until golden brown.
