I found this recipe in my old recipe notebook.I was looking for good recipe to use strawberries that I bought the day before. This can be a good dessert for Valentine's Day.

Ingredients For perfect valentine's day dessert

  • 20
    chocolate chip cookies
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2(6oz)
    strawberry yogurts
  • 1(4oz)
    vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 c
    fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 c
    fresh berries for decoration(optional)
  • whipped topping for decoration

How To Make perfect valentine's day dessert

    In a food processor blend the cookies.Add melted butter,mix well.Pour on tart pan with movable bottom.Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 5 minutes.Cool.

    In a mixer bowl whip 2 yogurts with pudding (powder)for about 2 minutes.Add 1 cup heavy cream and whip until the cream becomes thicker for about 4 minutes.Don't over whipped.

    In a separate bowl smash strawberries with a fork and sprinkle the sugar on top.You can also use the food processor ,but I like bigger pieces of strawberries in the pie.

    Mix the strawberries with the yogurt filling.Mix just to combine.

    Pour the filling on top of the prepared crust.Decorate with fruits.Put to the freezer for a couple of hours.Serve with whipped topping.Enjoy.
