1 Tbspself-rising flour (make sure it is level)

3 lgeggs

1-1/2 cmilk

1 tspeach: vanilla and almond extracts
How To Make perfect egg custard

1Sift together sugar and flour. Add eggs and beat well.

2Bring milk to a boil. Pour slowly into egg mixture. Stir, and add vanilla and almond extracts. Stir. Pour into 1 (9 inch) pie shell.

3Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
