This recipe came from All Recipes site and I have not had time to make it as yet but I saw on the comments that this pie was great so we shall see if it is so won't we when you try it and let me know! ha ha I plan on making this pie as soon as I do my big grocery shop next week. and I will post a picture then.

Ingredients For pecan pie for diabetics

1 cbrown sugar

1/4 cbaking splenda (splenda and white sugar)

1/2 cbutter

2eggs
-
1 Tbspall purpose flour

1 Tbspmilk

1 tspvanilla

1 cchopped pecans
How To Make pecan pie for diabetics

1Preheat oven 350.

2beat eggs until foamy and stir in melted butter

3Stir in brown sugar,baking splenda and flour. mix well

4Add milk,vanilla and nuts and mix well.

5Pour into a 9 inch pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees then reduce to 350 and bake for 30-40 minutes or until done.

6NOTE: Calories 313 Fat 22.6g cholestrol 84mg doesn't show the carbs sorry
