Ingredients For pecan pie

1pie crust (not deep dish)

2large eggs

1/2 cbutter
-
3/4 clight brown sugar, packed

1/4 cdark brown sugar, packed

1/4 cwhite sugar

1 Tbspflour
-
1 Tbspwhite vinegar

1 tspvanilla

1 cchopped pecans
How To Make pecan pie

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in sugars and cook for about 1 additional minute to blend the sugars.

3Beat eggs until light and foamy. Add the butter/sugar mix. Mix well. Beat in flour and vinegar. Mix in vanilla and pecans.

4Prepare single pie crust in 9" pan (not deep dish). Pour filling into crust. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes and then reduce temperature to 350°. Bake an additional 40 - 45 minutes. Filling should look puffy and will just start to crack.

5Cool completely before slicing. Refrigerate leftovers.
