This is a simple but great recipe for pecan pie. I have been using it for many years. The filling has a "fluffy" texture. I also like to grind my pecans instead of chopping them

2/3 ccorn syrup, light

1 tsppure vanilla extract

1 cpecans, chopped

1-2 tspall purpose flour
How To Make pecan pie

1Combine sugar, corn syrup, eggs , salt and flour.

2Add pecans

3Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean
