How To Make pear pie for two

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place 2 4.9" pie plates on baking sheet.

2Line pie plates with pie pastry.

3Combine pears and brown sugar. Fill pie plates with pears.

4Dot top of pears with butter.

5Cover with pie pastry, vent top of pastry with knife.

6Bake 20-25 minutes until crust is brown and filling is bubbly.
