Ingredients For pear pie for two

  • pie pastry, prepared
  • 2
    ripe pears, peeled and sliced thick
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/8 c
    brown sugar

How To Make pear pie for two

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place 2 4.9" pie plates on baking sheet.

    Line pie plates with pie pastry.

    Combine pears and brown sugar. Fill pie plates with pears.
  • 4
    Dot top of pears with butter.
  • 5
    Cover with pie pastry, vent top of pastry with knife.

    Bake 20-25 minutes until crust is brown and filling is bubbly.

    Let cool on wire rack.
