This pie can be doubled and put one in the freezer for when company comes. Just before serving pie take out of the freezer about 15 minutes. Note: You can either put salted peanuts on top of pie or put inside of pie chopped fine.

Ingredients For peanut butter pie

1 1/4 cgraham crackers, crushed

6 Tbspmelted butter

1 pkg(8 oz) cream cheese, softened

3/4 cconfectioner's sugar

1/2 ccreamy peanut butter

6 Tbspmilk

1 lgcontainer whip cream (or cool whip)

1/4 csalted peanuts
How To Make peanut butter pie

1In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and peanut butter; mix well. Gradually add the milk. Fold in whipped topping, Spoon into the crust.

2Sprinkle with peanuts on top of pie or chopped fine inside of pie.

3Chill in freezer overnight.
