Ingredients For peanut butter pie

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 14 oz
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 c
    peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 oz
    container cool whip
  • 1/3 c
    margerine or butter
  • 6 oz
    chocolate chips
  • 2 1/2 c
    rice crispies
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make peanut butter pie

    FILLING-Beat cream cheese, add milk and peanut butter until smooth.

    Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.

    Fold in coll whip. Set aside.

    CRUST-Melt butter and chips in microwave. Stir in rice crispies and press into pie plate.

    Pour filling into crust.

    Freeze for 4 hours. Serve frozen or chilled.
