This peaches and cream no-bake cheesecake is a fuss-free summer dessert. The rich crust is sweet and slightly crunchy. On top is a no-bake cheesecake that has a smooth and velvety texture. Sweet and juicy peaches cut through the richness of the cheesecake. Filled with peach flavor, it's a delicious summertime treat.

Ingredients For peaches and cream no-bake cheesecake

  • 2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp
    margarine, melted
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar, divided
  • 4 pkg
    Neufchatel cheese (8 oz each)
  • 1 pkg
    peach flavored gelatin (3 oz)
  • 1 can
    sliced peaches, drained and diced (16 oz)
  • 1 pkg
    Cool Whip, thawed (8 oz)

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and 1/2 c of sugar.
