Ingredients For peaches and cream no-bake cheesecake

2 cgraham cracker crumbs

6 Tbspmargarine, melted

1 cgranulated sugar, divided

4 pkgNeufchatel cheese (8 oz each)

1 pkgpeach flavored gelatin (3 oz)

1 cansliced peaches, drained and diced (16 oz)

1 pkgCool Whip, thawed (8 oz)
How To Make peaches and cream no-bake cheesecake

1Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and 1/2 c of sugar.

2Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Put into the refrigerator to cool.

3Beat Neufchatel cheese and the remaining 1/2 c of sugar until blended.

4Next, add the dry gelatin and mix.

5Stir in the chopped peaches and Cool Whip.

6Spoon the mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust and cover. Refrigerate until firm. I prefer to refrigerate overnight.
