Ingredients For peach tarts

1/2 ccream cheese

1/2 cplain yogurt

2 Tbspfresh orange juice

- FILLING

1/4 cbutter

1/4 cbrown sugar

2 Tbsphoney

1/4 tspcinnamon, plus a little extra for garnish

1 lbfresh peaches, pitted and sliced

1 tspall purpose flour

6single-serve graham cracker tart crust

1 Tbsptoasted, slivered almonds
How To Make peach tarts

1Prepare Topping in a small bowl, stir together all ingredients; refrigerate until ready to use.

2Prepare filling. In a larger skillet, melt butter over medium heat; stir in brown sugar, honey and cinnamon. Add peaches and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in flour and cook 30 seconds. Remove from skillet and let cool 5 minutes.

3Place tart crusts on baking sheet. evenly distribute peach filling and cool at least 30 minutes before serving.

4To serve, dollop Topping evenly over tarts and sprinkle each with cinnamon and almonds.
