Ingredients For peach pie

24ritz crackers, crushed

1/4 cpecans, in pieces

3egg whites, beaten

1 csugar

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspvanilla extract

1 ptwhipping cream

5peaches, peeled and diced
How To Make peach pie

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crushed crackers and pecans with beaten egg whites. Pour into a pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

2Using mixer, beat whipping cream on high for 1 minute until fluffy. Add 2-4 tablespoons of sugar. Add diced peaches and fold into whipping cream. Pour into cooled pie crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
