I have had this recipe since the 80's. I love collecting recipes and this probably came out of our local paper. It has become a family favorite and a much requested dessert anytime. My daughters make it now for thier families.

Ingredients For peach crunch

  • CRUST 1ST LAYER
  • 2 c
    self rising flour
  • 2 stick
    margerine, softned
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts, your choice i used pecans
  • FILLING 2ND LAYER
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 lb
    powdered sugar
  • 1 lg
    container cool whip
  • TOPPING 3RD LAYER
  • 1 can
    peach pie filling, or your favorite pie filling

How To Make peach crunch

    Preheat oven to 350
  • 2
    Crust prep 1st layer Mix flour, butter and nuts. Press evenly into pan (i use a lasagna pan). Bake at 350 until lightly brown about 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely

    Filling prep 2nd layer Combine 8oz cream cheese, 1 pound of powdered sugar and 1 large container of cool whip. Mixture may be thick, but should be smooth. Spread evenly over crust.

    Topping 3rd layer 1 can of Peach pie filling spread evenly over top. You can use any fruit pie filling you like whatever is your favorite. Keep refridgerated any leftover.
