This is a recipe I recieved from a lady in my church when we tried and failed in doing a cookbook. I kept the recipes I liked.

1 boxlight brown sugar (16 oz)

1 stickbutter or margarine, melted

1 smcan crushed pineapple, drained

3 lgeggs

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspvanilla

29 inch pie crusts, unbaked
How To Make patsy's pineapple chess pie

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients until smooth. Divide between pie crusts. Bake for about 30 minutes or until custard is golden brown. Serve with whipped cream.
