This is my favorite crust for dutch apple pie or any crumb pie. It is so versatile you can let your imagination run free. Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients For pat-a-pan oil pie crust

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 2/3 c
    vegatible oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk

How To Make pat-a-pan oil pie crust

  • 1
    Mix First 4 ingredients together in mixing bowel. Add remaining ingredients. Mix till well blended, will be crumbly.

    Reserve 1/3 of mixture. Press remaining mixture into pie pan sides and bottom.

    Fill crust with favorite filling. Top with remaining crumbly mixture.

    Bake according to filling directions. Enjoy
