Ingredients For old fashioned pecan pie

  • 3
    eggs (well beaten)
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    white karo syrup
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 stick
    parkay margarine (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    pecans (chopped)

How To Make old fashioned pecan pie

    Beat your eggs , then add your sugar till mixed , slowly add the karo syrup , vanilla , salt and 1/2 stick cooled melted margarine...stir till mixed , add your pecans.

    Pour in a unbaked pie crust

    Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 10 minutes then reduce to 325 for 30 to 35 minutes. Let pie completely cool before cutting.
