no fail pumpkin pie
This is a great recipe. You don't have to add a bunch of sugar with the condensed milk. Light not to sweet but sweet enough custard like pie. If ya like it a little sweeter you can add 1/5 c of brown sugar. Thanksgiving must.

Ingredients For no fail pumpkin pie

15 ozcanned pumpkin

1 cansweentend condensed milk

2eggs
-
1 1/2 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspginger
-
1/4 tspclove, ground

1/4 tspnutmeg ground

19 inch pie crust

1/5 cbrown sugar. optional
How To Make no fail pumpkin pie

1Whisk eggs
-
2Add condensed milk and whisk well
-
3Add cinnamon clove ginger nutmeg and mix well ( if adding brown sugar do it now)

4Add pumpkin and mix well

5Pour into crust and bake in preheated 450° oven for 15 minutes

6Turn oven down to 350 ° and continue to bake 30 - 40 minutes or until crust is browned and pie is almost set.

7Serve warm or cold with whip cream
