My Mother always made alot of custard pies. This was one of my favorites. Simple but really good.

2 Tbspbutter or margarine ( melted but not hot)

1 lgcan evaporated milk
How To Make no crust egg custard

1Does not needs crust !

2Beat well all ingredients ! Pour into prepared pie plate.

3Grease and flour glass pie plate. Bake 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Keep a check on it.
