My Mother always made alot of custard pies. This was one of my favorites. Simple but really good.

Ingredients For no crust egg custard

  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 3 Tbsp
    self rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter or margarine ( melted but not hot)
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 lg
    can evaporated milk

How To Make no crust egg custard

    Does not needs crust !

    Beat well all ingredients ! Pour into prepared pie plate.

    Grease and flour glass pie plate. Bake 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Keep a check on it.
