1 tspvanilla extract

2lemons, zest & juice

1 cpowered sugar

1graham cracker pie crust

1 cheavy whipping cream (cold)
How To Make no bake lemon cheescake blackberry pie

1In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon pudding mix, milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla, zest & juice of 2 lemons and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, using a mixer till everything is creamy.

2In a another bowl, also using a mixer whip the heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup confectioner sugar & 1/2 tsp vanilla till whipped cream forms.\

3Fill pie crust with 1st mixture, then top with whipped cream and top with lemon zest and blackberries. refrigerate, preferably over night.
