Ingredients For no bake lemon cheescake blackberry pie

    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 box
    instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2
    lemons, zest & juice
  • 1 c
    powered sugar
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 c
    heavy whipping cream (cold)

How To Make no bake lemon cheescake blackberry pie

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon pudding mix, milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla, zest & juice of 2 lemons and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, using a mixer till everything is creamy.

    In a another bowl, also using a mixer whip the heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup confectioner sugar & 1/2 tsp vanilla till whipped cream forms.\

    Fill pie crust with 1st mixture, then top with whipped cream and top with lemon zest and blackberries. refrigerate, preferably over night.
