This is a different spin on your traditional New York style cheesecake. If you are like me, and can't eat the dense, thick kind of cheesecake anymore but love the flavor,this one is for you.

Ingredients For no bake cheesecake

1graham cracker pie crust or chocolate

4 ozcream cheese

8 ozsour cream

1/4 cgranulated sugar

1 tspvanilla or lemon flavor

8 ozcontainer cool whip
How To Make no bake cheesecake

1With a hand mixer cream together cream cheese,sugar, and flavor. Depending on how tart you want your cheesecake you can use the lemon extract but if you want a more subtle flavor go for the vanilla.

2Next stir in the sour cream. When the sour cream is fully incorporated fold in the whip cream. Pour the mixture in the pie crust. Chill for 4 hours or overnight.

3To add an extra kick you can put a can of strawberry, blueberry, or apple pie filling on top of the pie.
