Even those who don't like Cheesecake will like this. It is much lighter in texture than the REAL Cheescake.

Ingredients For no bake cheesecake

1 pkg8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/3 cgranulated sugar

1 cor 1/2 pt sour cream

2 tspvanilla
-
18 oz. container cool whip(or generic)thawed

1graham cracker or shortbread crust
How To Make no bake cheesecake

1Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream & vanilla. Fold in Cool whip-blending well.

2Spoon into crust.(OPTIONAL: You can spoon half in the crust and put a VERY THIN layer of your favorite jam, then rest of cheesecake ingredients).Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
