My family loves this desert,because it has its own unique taste. With this receipe you can add any flavor of fruit you wish to add. strawberries,blueberries ect... I like the crushed pine apples the best.It's great to have in the freezer when you are expecting company and don't have time to make desert.I hope your family will enjoy this as much as mine does.

Ingredients For no bake bottom cake

  • 2 lg
    graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 16 oz
    frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 can
    pineapple, crushed with juice

How To Make no bake bottom cake

  • 1
    Mix room temperature cream cheese with mixer on low speed.

    Add sour cream,sugar and thawed whipped topping. mix until well blended.
  • 3
    Add vanilla extract and 1 small can of crushed pine apples with juice. Pour in to graham cracker pie crust.

    Place in freezer for 3 hours or until ready to serve.Will keep in freezer for up to 2 weeks. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour before cutting.
