Ingredients For my mom's pie crust

2 cpillsbury best all purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1 ccrisco in can

5 Tbspcold water
How To Make my mom's pie crust

1Combine salt, flour and Crisco solid shortening use a pastry cutter to mix

2Add cold water and stir. Easy to work the dough but remember not to handle too much or crust will be tough, not flaky.

3divide into 3 equal portions, roll out, and put in pie pan DO NOT POKE CRUST

4Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. If filled pie bake according to recipe. For example an apple pie uses 2 crusts. Bake for 15 min at 425 and reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 min
