my almost graham cracker crust

I have been making this for years. People who have tried this doesn't know that it is not graham cracker crust. I enjoy making this because I always have the ingredients on hand.

Ingredients For my almost graham cracker crust

  • 3/4 c
    stone ground whole wheat or graham flour
  • 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar (try this amount and adjust if necessary, also can use splenda)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c
    butter or margarine i use 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 c
    cocoa for chocolate graham (opt)
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamaon for cinnamon grahams (opt)

How To Make my almost graham cracker crust

  • 1
    Mix all desired ingredients until crumbly. Double for a 9x13 inch pan. I use a food processor
  • 2
    Pat in a 9 inch pie pan and bake at 350 degrees until set.

    Fill with your favorite filling.
