This is my moms recipe for an easy to make peach pie w/ fresh, ripe peaches. Serve w/ whipped cream, or a scoop of ice cream. Yummy!

  • 5 lg
    ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 pkg
    pillsbury folded refrigerated pie crust

How To Make moms easy delicious peach pie

    Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. Unfold 1 pie crust into bottom of pan.

    In lg bowl, combine all other ingredients. Spoon mix into pie crust. Place remaining crust on lightly floured surface. Cut 15-1" circles from center of crust. Leave a 1" border at edges
  • 3
    Place circles over pie filling. Place any remaining crust over filling. Pinch edges together and flute. Place foil over edges of pie so it won't cook too quickly. Bake 35-40 min, removing foil the last 10 mins of bake time. Pie should be bubbly w/ a light brown crust.
