Ingredients For *** mom's easy beef pot pie ***

  • 1 - 15 oz. box
    refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 -12 oz. jar
    beef gravy
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 c
    frozen mixed vegetables, your choice
  • 1 - 4.5 oz jar
    sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb
    cooked roast beef, cubed

How To Make *** mom's easy beef pot pie ***

    Preheat oven to 425 dergees F.

    9" pie plate, place 1 sheet pie crust.

    Saucepan = gravy & cornstarch, blend. Add frozen vegetables, mushrooms & worcestershire sauce & mix well.

    Stir in roast beef. Pour into crust. Place 2nd sheet pie crust. Cut slits & bake 30 - 45 minutes. Place foil over edges last 15 minutes.
