My mom's recipe for pecan pie. It's not the usual Karo syrup pie. This one is unbeleivably buttery and delicious. One peice will never be enough.

Ingredients For momma kay's pecan praline pie

  • 1/4 lb
    butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 lb
    light brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    milk
  • 3
    large eggs
  • 2 tsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    halved or coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1
    deep dish unbaked pie crust

How To Make momma kay's pecan praline pie

  • 1
    Mix flour and sugar together, add milk and eggs and beat well.

    Melt butter; set aside to cool.
  • 3
    Stir in vanilla ,vinegar, butter and nuts, mix well.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Place in a cold oven and bake at 300 degrees for one hour.
