How To Make mint chocolate chip pie

1In a small mixing bowl, beat your cream and sugar until soft peaks form. In a large mixing bowl, mix you milk, extract and food coloring.

2Add pudding mixes; beat on low speed for 2 minutes or until thickened. Fold in the cream mixture and the mini chips. Pour into cooled baked pastry shell. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. 6-8 servings
