I can't imagine anyone not liking the taste of apples, caramel and brown sugar. This is a super easy recipe and so good, anyday, everyday or holiday. It's good anytime. Hope you enjoy

24phyllo tart shells

4 mdgranny smith apples, pared, cored & chopped

1 smlemon, juiced

2 Tbspbutter, unsalted

4 Tbspbrown sugar

1/2 ccaramel ice cream topping

1/2 ccool whip
How To Make mini apple tarts

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place tart shells on a baking sheet.Combine lemon juice and apples in a mixing bowl. In a cast iron or heavy skillet, heat butter until frothy.Add apples and toss to cover with butter. Cook until apples are tender. Add brown sugar and cook for 3 or 4 minutes. .Fill tart shells with the apple mixture and top with caramel topping. Dollop with a spoon of Cool Whip.
