This rich and creamy no-bake pie is super easy to throw together but you'd never know it when you taste it. The cream cheese and Cool Whip give this pie a richness that almost mimics a cheesecake. Coconut and pineapple add their summery tropical feel. Made in minutes, this a delicious summertime dessert.

  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2
    small tub of Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c
    coconut
  • 1/2 c
    pecans
  • 1 can
    crushed pineapple, drained (8 oz)
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust

We used the other half of the Cool Whip to garnish the pie and added an extra sprinkle of coconuts and pecans.
  • Sugar and cream cheese mixed together.

    Mix sugar and cream cheese together until well blended.
  • Mixing in Cool Whip.

  • Mixing in pineapple, nuts, and coconut.

  • Filling poured into pie crust and ready to chill.
