How To Make milky way sweet potato pie

  • 1
In a small saucepan, combine 3 tablespoons margarine, 10 Milky Way minis and half the heavy cream over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool completely.
  • 2
In a medium bowl, combine the Milky Way cream mixture, cream cheese and remaining heavy cream; whisk together until blended.
  • 3
Spread over the bottom and sides of the pie crust. Cover with aluminum foil and freeze for 2 hours.
  • 4
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • 5
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil; add sweet potatoes and boil until soft, 20 to 30 minutes.
  • 6
Remove and discard skin; place potatoes in a large bowl, mashing them with a fork until the lumps are removed.
  • 7
Beat margarine, brown sugar, sea salt, egg whites, chocolate milk and sliced Milky Way bars together until blended.
  • 8
Pour into the prepared pie crust.
  • 9
Bake in the preheated oven until firm, about 40 minutes. Cool completely. Add remaining Milky Way minis onto the pie.
