An easy to make pie with maple syrup, brown sugar, butter and pecans. Not as sweet as the pies made with corn syrup, but equally delicious.

Ingredients For maple pecan pie

19 inch unbaked pie shell

1/2 clight brown sugar, packed

1 cmaple syrup

3eggs
-
2 Tbspmelted butter

1 tspvanilla extract

1 1/4 cchopped pecans
How To Make maple pecan pie

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place rack at lowest position.

2Beat eggs and add maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter and vanilla.

3Blend well and stir in pecans.

4Pour into pie shell.

5Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and the filling is set. After first 15-20 minutes of baking, use pie shield to protect crust if it gets too brown. Cool.
