If you love Mounds bars, then you will love this easy and delicious pie. There are layers of happiness with each bite. The coconut is sweet and the chocolate gives it a nice crunchy texture yet it still has a creaminess to it. Simply delicious!

Ingredients For mama's mounds bar pie

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    white flour
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c
    mini chocolate chips
  • 1
    deep dish pie crust shell

How To Make mama's mounds bar pie

    Preheat oven to 300' F. (Seriously, 300 degrees.)

    Mix flour with sugar. Cream in butter and eggs. Mix in vanilla and milk. Fold in chocolate and coconut.

    Pour in unbaked deep dish pie crust and bake for 1 hour.

    Cool in fridge for 24 hours. Enjoy!
