Ingredients For magic lemon meringue pie
- CRUST

1 1/2 cgraham cracker crumbs

1/4 csugar

1/2 stickbutter, melted
- FILLING

14 ozsweetened condensed milk

1/2 clemon juice, fresh...2 lemons

1 tspgrated lemon peel

3 lgegg yolks, reserve whites
- MERINGUE

3 lgegg whites

1/4 tspcream of tartar

1/4 csugar
How To Make magic lemon meringue pie

1CRUST: Mix together all crust ingredients until combined. Press into a 9" pie plate.

2FILLING: mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust.

3MERINGUE: Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in the sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie and seal to the edges.

4Bake fifteen to twenty minutes at 325 degrees. Chill 2 hours before serving.
