Ingredients For macadamia nut white chocolate pie

1 1/2 cmacadamia nuts, chopped

2/3 cwhite chocolate chips

1 ccorn syrup, light

3eggs

1/3 csugar

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 cbutter, unsalted, melted

1pie crust (homemade or refrigerated
How To Make macadamia nut white chocolate pie

1Preheat oven to 450.

2Unroll pie crust and place in your pie plate, crimping the edges as desired.

3Sprinkle the macadamia nuts and white chips on the bottom of the crust.

4Pour eggs by hand in a large bowl. Stir in corn syrup, sugar, salt and melted butter. Pour over nuts and chips.

5Place pie on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 450.

6then reduce the oven temperature to 350 and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes, until the top is browned.

7The center will still be wiggly, but will set as the pie cools, if the crust becomes to brown during cooking cover the pie with foil.

8Cool completely before cutting.
