Ingredients For lemon pie

1-1/3 c15 oz can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

1/2 clemon juice

2 lgegg yolks, reserve whites if you want to make meringue

1 ctoasted flaked coconut
-
1/2 cgraham crackers crumbs
-
1/2 cginger snap crumbs

1/2 stickbutter (melted)

2 Tbspflour
How To Make lemon pie

1Pie crust: Mix coconut, crushed graham crackers & crushed ginger snaps with melted butter and flour. Pat into a pie dish and start filling below.

2Pie filling: In medium size mixing bowl blend milk, lemon juice & egg yolks. Whisk until mixture has thickened.

3Use a spatula and pour your lemon pie into your pie crust. If you want you can make meringue, I'm not a fan so I just use whipping cream.
