My mother made one of these pies most Saturdays, as it was one of my dad’s favorites. So easy! Key lime juice can also be substituted for the lemon juice.

How To Make lemon icebox pie

1Juice the lemons and set juice aside.

2Microwave the cream cheese in a large bowl for 45 seconds.

3Add the lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla to the cream cheese. Stir until smooth.

4Fold in the whipped topping until well blended.

5Pour into the pie shell.

6Refrigerate for at least two hours.
