Summer is here, time for light & cool recipes. I got this recipe from the chef at The Horan House, that was in Wenatchee Wa. easy and delish. please enjoy. xoxoxo

Ingredients For lemon cream pie

  • 2 pkg
    knox gelatin
  • 1/2 c
    cold water
  • 8
    eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 dash
    salt
  • whipped cream, sweetened
  • 1 md
    lemon , sliced

How To Make lemon cream pie

  • 1
    Cook above over heat until bubbly and thickened. cool to room temp.

    Beat 1/2 pint of whipped cream, fold into lemon gelatin mixture. Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into mixture

    Pour into a 10 inch baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream and lemon slices. enjoy xoxoxo
