Ingredients For lemon cake pie

1 csugar
-
1/4 cflour
-
1/4 cbutter, melted
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2eggs, separated
-
juice of 2 lemons

1/4 clemon rind
-
1 cmilk

19" unbaked pie shell
How To Make lemon cake pie

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine: sugar, flour, butter, salt and eggyolks
Beat well
Add lemon juice and peel
Add milk, beating slowly
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry, fold in to mixture -
2Bake pie shell for 5 minutes
Ladle lemon pie mixture into shell and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set
