kristina's blueberry cream pie
This wonderful creamy, rich blueberry pie was shared with me by Kristina Kessler. Her husband and a few other nice people came to our house (on my birthday) to rescue our, at the time, 3 month old pup. She had fallen into a well we did not realize was on the property. Not only did they save our pup, we made new friendships.

Ingredients For kristina's blueberry cream pie

19-inch deep dish pie crust or use a homemade crust

3 cfresh or frozen blueberries, thawed and drained

1 csugar

1/3 call purpose flour

1/8 tspsalt

2eggs, beaten
-
2/3 csour cream
-
1/4 csugar
-
1/4 cbrown sugar

1/2 call purpose flour

1/4 cbutter
How To Make kristina's blueberry cream pie

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Place blueberries in pie crust.

3Mix; 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, salt, eggs and sour cream together and pour evenly over berries.

4Mix the last 4 ingredients until crumbly and then sprinkle over top of pie.

5Bake for 50 to 55 minutes in preheated oven until lightly browned. Cool completely.
