Got this recipe from an old cookbook my mom had and it origianlly called for bourbon. I have tweaked the recipe and changed that bourbon to southern comfort.

Ingredients For kicked up pumpkin pie

1 canpumpkin puree

1/2 csugar

1/2 cbrown sugar

1 canevaporated milk

1 1/2 pinchsalt

2 lgeggs

2 tspcinnamon
-
1 1/2 tspcloves
-
1/2 tspginger
-
1/2 tspallspice, ground

2 Tbspsouthern comfort

1unbaked pie shell (homemade or store bought)
How To Make kicked up pumpkin pie

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees, then combine sugar, salt, spices in small bowl.

2Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Lastly add the Southern Comfort Pour into pie shell.

3Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F.; bake for about 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
