This is an eggless key lime pie recipe. It is quick to make and such a delicious refreshing dessert!

Ingredients For key lime pie

  • 2 can
    (about 2 1/2 cups) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 20 lg
    key limes, juiced (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime zest, grated
  • 1
    9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
  • whipped cream, for garnish (optional)
  • 7-8
    lime twists, for garnish (optional)

How To Make key lime pie

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice and lime zest. Mix well and pour into *Graham Cracker crust

    Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes, until tiny bubbles burst on the surface of pie. DO NOT BROWN! Chill pie thoroughly before serving. Garnish with lime slices and whipped cream if desired
